The Red91 Music Company can only be described as unique. In addition to being the UK's first digital-only record company, the relationship with its artists is also a UK first. Each artist represented by Red91 becomes a stake holder in the company and actively participates in its day to day running.

Red91 was formed in July 2004 and currently acts for three artists - Mercury Music award nominee Supervinyls, acclaimed groove producer Beta Buddhas and the latest addition to our roster Horace Moth. One common factor shared by these artists is their unrivalled ability for creating truly great music.

With music sales likely to continue falling for the foreseable future, the approach taken by Red91 and its artists extends way beyond the traditional record company route. Recording sales have been a secondary income source for much of Red91's existence and this is unlikely to change anytime soon.

We at Red91 want to share our artists with the rest of the world. Track samples can be streamed from the artists' page on this website and a CD of the latest productions can be sent if required. Take this as an open invitation to enhance your music collection with two of this country's best artists.

So far all of our artists have gained notable acceptance within the musical community. Our aim at Red91 is to spread the word about the artists and make their music accessible by as many people as possible. Press reviews will appear on this site when published as well as any relevant news and information.
